| Description: |
Used to filter and improve the signal from Reluctor Sensors. This is especially useful if the sensor you are using camshaft/distributor/crankshaft sensors with low output under cranking conditions. The output from the Reluctor Interface 1 is a 5V square wave.
This Reluctor Sensor Interface grounds one of the two sensor wires. If you are piggy-backing your Wolf ECU and the original ECU is using the same sensors, with neither of the sensor wires being grounded on the original ECU, you may introduce problems to the original ECU with regards to trigger sensing. In this case, purchase Reluctor Interface 2 (it is a "differential" type of reluctor interface). |
